Take a Slow Roll through Buffalo on your bike

Independent Health is proud to be the presenting sponsor for Slow Roll Buffalo, a free group bicycle ride that takes place every Monday evening through October 28. As part of Slow Roll Buffalo, participants meet at different venues on a weekly basis and take a unique route throughout the city. The slow pace of the ride keeps the group safe and gives riders a unique perspective of our great city and its neighborhoods. All ages, skill levels and types of bicycles are welcome!
